Brownfield Land Registers

The Housing and Planning Act (2016) requires local authorities to prepare, maintain and publish a register of brownfield land that is suitable for residential development. The Brownfield Land Register will be kept up to date to help provide certainty for developers and communities and encourage investment in the district.
