Column descriptions Property ID- Choice Based Lettings ID Street Number- Street Number of the property which was let Address 1- Address line 1 of the property which was let Address 2- Address line 2 of the property which was let Address 3- Address line 3 of the property which was let Post Code- Post Code of the property which was let Ward Description- Ward area of the property Tenancy Start Date- Date the tenancy commenced Quota- States the quota the property was let through Bedrooms- Number of bedrooms of the property which was let Property Type- Type of the property which was let Priority award start date- Date (if applicable) that the successful applicant was awarded any priority on their application HRA – Band- Priority of the applicant and their category Weeks to Rehouse- No. of weeks it took the successful applicant to be rehoused Number of Bids- Number of bids received for the property Product Check out the Social Housing Picker which uses these datasets to help prospective tenants when bidding for houses.
